Qigong for Weight Loss Case Study: Day 15


Today's video was inspired from a comment from yesterday's video! 

Today I am sharing 3 powerful techniques for healing any type of pain, discomfort or disease.

These techniques have been practiced for over 5,000 years, they work magnificently well, and you have never heard of them!

You can heal physical, emotional, mental and spiritual issues with ease.

You don't need any experience with Qigong to immediately start to feel the benefits of very simple techniques.

Day 15 Without Food: Timeline


Day 15 happened on April 6th, 2020. Today was a continuation of feeling normal now. I now have to consciously remember that I'm fasting, I feel like I would if I were eating regularly. My body has adjusted to no food and a pure Qi diet!

Here’s what I did during day 15:

4:30-6am

90 minutes of Qigong practice. Weighed in at 211.8, for 26.1 pounds of weight loss in the past 14 days!

6am-1pm

Connected on social media, participating in Qigong groups on facebook, commenting on YouTube videos and taking part in conversations on twitter.

1-4pm

Did the Qigong for Weight Loss practices, recorded today's video and wrote this blog post!

4:30-7 pm

Went for a long walk with my wife.

7-10:30 pm

Spent time alone with my wife before bed.

Final Thoughts About Day 15:


My biggest excitement today was about the comment that I received in yesterday's video!

A viewer that found my YouTube channel decided to fast along with me as I am recording this series. She asked a really great question, and that triggered the idea for today's video!

This is what community is all about. One person who decided to do something has now benefited many other people who will need that information. I am extremely grateful to be sharing this information in a way that is already reaching and helping people!
