Qigong for Weight Loss Case Study: Day 16


I am grateful for the comments that I'm getting from viewers! 

Marilynn Valenzuela has been following along with this series and is on day 7 of a 21 day water fast!

She mentioned in yesterday's video that she has been experiencing low energy during her fast and wanted to know how to boost her energy.

Today's video is a detailed answer on how to boost your energy while fasting. These methods also work when you're not fasting!

I also introduce for the first time, a preliminary exercise for Spinning Universe Qigong, the lineage of Qigong that this website is dedicated to.

Day 16 Without Food: Timeline


Day 16 happened on April 7th, 2020. Today was a continuation of feeling normal. I'm in the zone with very distant memories of eating and feeling like I'm fasting. It feels as if I will never need to eat again!

Here’s what I did during day 16:

4:30-5:30am

60 minutes of Qigong practice. I'm feeling more energy from less practice, when feeling completely full I end the practice. Weighed in at 211.2, for 26.7 pounds of weight loss in the past 15 days!

5:30-10am

Cut the grass, did a few chores around the house, went food shopping.

10am-12:45pm

Did the Qigong for Weight Loss practices, recorded today's video and wrote this blog post!

12:45-4:30 pm

Went for a long walk with my wife. Hour long meditation session. Spent time connecting on social media

4:30-11:30 pm

Spent time alone with my wife before bed.

Final Thoughts About Day 16:


The purpose of this website is to help people to access Qi and use it to transform their lives!

Just a little over two weeks in existence and no promotion other than uploading videos and we already have inspired two people to undertake a fasting process and learn how to boost their energy with Qigong.

I am extremely grateful and excited that people have found and are using this information already as the message continues to reach more people!
