Qigong for Weight Loss Case Study: Day 8


Today's post is slightly different than past posts. I've included my daily fasting schedule below for day 8. The other part of this post is where I tell the unusual story of what happened when I started practicing Qigong (part 1 today, part 2 tomorrow). It's a story that needs to be told directly, so watch the video 🙂

Day 8 Without Food: Timeline


Day 8 happened on March 30th, 2020. 

Here’s what I did during day 8:

4:30-5:30 am

I woke up and did an hour of Qigong. This was slightly less than I normally do, but I felt that it was enough for me for today. Qigong is about balance, so enough is actuall enough 😉 I weighed in at 21.6 pounds, which is 16.3 pounds of total weight loss over the past 7 days!

5:30-1 pm

Finished formatting and uploaded the Qigong for Weight Loss Book to amazon! The book is now available for anyone who wants to follow this case study along with me & learn a lot of great Qigong techniques!

1-1:30 pm

Followed the Qigong for Weight Loss practices that are outlined in the book.

1:30-4:00 pm

Recorded, edited and uploaded today's video telling the story behind why I created this website and the miraculous transformation that happened during my first 3 months of Qigong!

4:00-10:30 pm

Spent time with my wife. Took a bath. Relaxed. Went to sleep  Fantastic day!
